V4KeeperHook
A Uniswap v4 hook on the Robinhood Chain PoolManager. After every swap it reads the pool price, checks the jobs watched in that pool against the registry and emits JobTriggered when a limit order, stop-loss or range rebalance is ready. Keepers then execute through the registry and are paid from escrow. The hook takes no fee, holds nothing and never changes swap amounts.
